Coffee is never hot enough, croissants are ALWAYS old and stale, orders get messed up regularly… I miss the pre-pandemic days. Bring back Ravi, Rojita, Abbia and Darwin, please! They knew how to run that place like the 5-star coffee shop it should be! |

Ravi especially has been so welcoming and friendly, demonstrating effective knowledge of his craft and excellent customer service. I also really enjoy the environment here – super chill and great for studying or having a conversation. The student discount also makes this the most affordable specialty coffee I’ve found yet. |
| 3: | Mohammad Alshanawani: Their hot latte is exceptional. Such a cozy environment and a hospitable staff (make sure to say Hi to Rositta and Ravi). Hands down my favorite chilling area on campus. I just wish they operated longer hours. I always give 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement. |
